Formerly Mark Stipic Consulting, Tactium was formed because we noticed that many employers weren’t getting the help they needed from the the WorkCover system. In fact, our clients have told us ‘the system’ often worked against the company and the injured employee.
We know there is a better way! Our team has the inside scoop when it comes to managing workers compensations claims and workplace rehabilitation challenges – because we’ve been there.

We’ve worked for agents, brokers, self-insurers, rehabilitation providers and employers and have developed many tools, resources and strategies to help you mitigate risks, save time and money and keep your employees happy and healthy.

Founded in 2015 by Mark Stipic, our our vibrant and dedicated team includes technical experts, specialists and seasoned consultants who can quote the legislation and help you manage all aspects of WorkCover, Insurance and other people related needs.

Mark Stipic

Mark Stipic has more than 20 years experience in workers compensation and workplace rehabilitation. He was selected as winner, Excellence in Return To Work at WorkSafe Victoria’s 2010 Injury Support & Service Awards for his achievements with a large aged care provider. In 2012 he completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Studies at La Trobe University.
Following a career in the WorkCover insurance sector and employer-based return-to-work, Mark began consulting in 2015 after seeing how unethical ‘the system’ can be. Inspired to lift the curtain on the misconceptions in the industry, Mark is committed to empowering employers to make well informed decisions to create company cultures that thrive.
